CEO, Mr. Nandkishore Adnani, and Managing Director, Mr. Rahul Adnani.

The Adnani brothers, Mr. Murlidhar and Mr. Nandkishore have been a part of the footwear industry since the past 32 years. Their expansive knowledge and experience about footwear manufacturing has been invaluable for the growth of the company. Their hands-on approach to everything; from sourcing high-quality material, to bulk production planning, to maintaining consistency and standard in our products, is a winning recipe for success. We have been honored with some of the highest awards and accolades because of the tenacity and passion displayed by the founders of the company, who believe in comfort, style and quality above everything else.

Mr. Rahul Adnani, Managing Director at Aeroblu, wishes to take forward his family’s legacy and aims to make Aeroblu a household name throughout the world, with customers vouching for the brand’s variety in addition to its fashionable, affordable, comfortable and durable qualities. He has been diligent in his efforts to integrate innovation into the grass-root levels of the organization, through research & development, management and marketing with a unique approach.

It is under their esteemed leadership, that we have won prestigious awards such as: Award for Excellent Export Performance [Second Place – Above Rs. 25 Crore, Non-Leather Footwear Category] in 2017, Award for International Brand Creation for Aeroblu, Flois and Bcool [Non-Leather Footwear & Footwear Components Category] in 2016-17. Our continuous efforts have also rewarded us with an ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Manufacturing, Supply & Export of all kinds of Footwear.

OUR VISION

Aeroblu is an upcoming footwear brand in the Indian market which has already created a niche for itself in overseas industries. Pioneered by the Adnani brothers, its core aim is to deliver quality, trendy and economical footwear to every household in India.

Aerowalk International (India) Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1996 in Surat, Gujarat, and is promoted by UAE-based Adnani brothers – Murlidhar and Nandkishore S Adnani, under Aeroblu, Bcool and Flois. These brands already have a huge presence in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, with our Indian market (one of the biggest Asian markets for PU footwear) in the lead.

OUR STRENGTHS

We produce Polyester-based PU soles which are highly durable. In addition, we create our own chemical formulas for these soles so as to keep a further check on our product’s durability and quality. This lends us a crucial edge over our competitors.

We use PU/PVC-based Synthetic for our insoles and PU-based Synthetic for our uppers to avoid hydrolysis.

Our brands boast of an endless array of soles in vivid colors, personalized to match our customers' needs.

Flex tests conducted on our Polyester-based PU soles reveal that our footwear can be flexed up to 1 million times without breaking! They are further strengthened with Robotic Spray to ensure they accompany you in every phase of your life.

Our strive to produce innovative and high quality footwear leads us to import more than half of our finest materials from various countries to be used for our upper and insole production.

MAJOR MILESTONES

• Plant

Our products are manufactured in an ultra-modern, developed infrastructure situated in Sachin - Surat; one of the highly developed industrial zones in the country. We have got the latest imported equipment and a team of expertise to make the production process smooth & qualitative. The automatic machines for cutting, moulding, stitching and embroidery bring accuracy and finishing to our products, thereby maintaining high-quality standards. We honour all kinds of safety and security norms to ensure the well-being of our employees. Periodical training and new initiatives are a part of our routine.

• National Market

We have increased our market share in the Indian market by establishing our depots in Delhi, Surat and Vijayawada, to cover a maximum section of the Indian market. This is furthered by increasing our daily production as well as ensuring guaranteed and timely delivery of our products to our valued consumers across the country so as to increase our brand presence within the national market.

• Quality

We have set up our quality norms according to the international standards, and have ensured that our technical assistants are maintaining the same criteria at Verdi Fashion S.P.A. We use state-of-the-art Italian technology to maintain the quality of light PU-sole products & keep them flexible, trendy, stylish & comfortable.

• Export

Our firm has initiated with its export business from the beginning of its production. Even though we started our production in the last quarter of 2013-14, we have successfully managed to establish ourselves as one of the leading footwear export enterprises, as per the certification provided to us by Star Export House, a prestigious benchmark for export performance in India.

• Brands

Aeroblu, Bcool and Flois are our major brands of footwear. Under Aeroblu, we manufacture highly flexible and eco-friendly PU-sole based footwear. Under Bcool, we produce superior quality of EVA and fabrication footwear; and under Flois, we create cemented footwear for daily comfort & style. All these brands are available in a wide range of colors and designs.

OUR PROCESS

PRODUCT ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT (PED)

Daily development and use of latest engineering techniques have enabled us to craft the highest quality of modern footwear. Our collection caters to all types of feet with utmost comfort and flexibility & has garnered a lot of positive response from those who live to make a style statement.

Aeroblu’s global presence has helped us conduct in-depth research, meet our customers’ requirements and gain new ideas to refine our product towards the best. Our trained and experienced workforce has used the latest technology to design and manufacture best quality footwear. Each product passes through strict quality checks to ensure that only the best is what reaches our consumers.

MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE

Our products are made from fresh, hygienic and durable raw materials of Polyurethane, Synthetics, etc. They are available in a range of colors and are offered in unique designs to give immense comfort to your feet and enable you to look your best. We have a variety of moulds for all types of feet.

We are well-equipped with the latest technology at every step of our footwear production and development process. We use the latest moulding machines that produce products faster and better with efficiency to deliver goods in time. Initially, we had started our production with two Italian machines to cater to the overseas market along with the launch of our products in India.

Boosted by the instant acceptance and popularity among the Indian customers, we increased our capacity, mould variety & designs which simultaneously led to an extension of our infrastructure and enterprise within a very short period.

As of today, we are proud processors of 7 European PU injection moulding machines that are capable of producing more than 40,000 pairs a day.

WAREHOUSING, PACKING & DELIVERY SYSTEM

At Aeroblu, we believe in using superior packaging material that ensures the health and durability of our product; something that our customers take pride in. Our warehouse and packaging units all around India provide secure and safe storage of footwear. We have efficient depots in Delhi and

Surat, which guarantee timely delivery of products across India and the world.
